Terms & Conditions

Please read through our Terms and Conditions, we request you to read the clauses carefully and understand prior to using our website or services. For clients or customers who has previously used our services (in the past) are considered to have comply and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. The company “Go Click On Trust” or when referred as “GCO” or “Go Click On” or “Go Click On Pty. Ltd or “us” or “we” or “our service” are all the abbreviation or names referring to same entity “Go Click On Trust”. Any reference made in the context as “you” “your” “customer” “client” is directly referencing to the associated client. The Terms and Conditions will be update regularly and may change without prior notice or consent.

The Go Click On liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services or projects undertaken as per the agreed scope of work.

For Website Development, Design Services and IT Installation Projects. Payment for the projects is made over 2 phases or as decided at the time of contract may differ for the type of contract, please check with us prior to committing the order.

  • Initial Payment: We would require 70% of the total value of the quote/invoice prior to the start of the project. (It would be 80% for any project that involves purchasing of hardware and software for the installations and setup)
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance (30%) to be paid upon completion of the project/work within the invoice due date.
  • Third-Party Purchases: Any domain/ web hosting / email hosting / products / license images / plugins / software / website theme will be an additional cost or as discussed and mentioned in the total quote/invoice price.

For Digital Marketing Plans, Domain & Hosting Plans & Annual Website Maintenance Contract

  • Digital Marketing Plan: Payments to be made in full on the pro-rata basis (in months advance) for the agreed tenure of the plan.
  • Domain & Hosting: Full payment to be made in advance for any Domain & Hosting purchase
  • Annual Website Maintenance: Full payment to be made in advance for Annual Website Maintenance.

Refund Policy for Website & Design Projects

Full Refund Policy will only apply on the Website Development & Design Projects that are paid in full before the commencement of any work towards the project. In case the website framework or theme has been purchased the amount of $100 will be deducted towards the purchased theme and administrative costs.

Any cancellation or change of mind to be informed to us in writing within 5 days of payment.

Once the project is initiated (after 5 to 10 days) the client will only be liable for 50% of refund.

The client will not be liable to any refund once the work is completed as per the agreed Scope of Work or as stated in the GCO Payment Invoice.

Refund Policy for IT Installation (Hardware & Software) Projects

On cancellation or change of mind, would incur restocking fee (20%) + delivery charges for any hardware or software that is purchased or ordered for the client or associated project.

If project is stopped or paused due to client’s wish or decision, Go Click On can cancel the project and the client will not be liable for any refund or continuation of the service on the same project.

Refund Policy for Digital Marketing Plan, Domain, Hosting & Annual Website Maintenance Contract

Our Digital Marketing Plans, Domain & Hosting Service and Annual Website Maintenance Contract are bonded with fixed contract dates as a service and client will not be liable for any refund upon cancellation of the contract or service.

The client will be billed for the month in advance for Digital Marketing Services (unless client wish to pay in full for entire term of the contract). If the client cancels the service they will not be qualified for a refund or partial refund, regardless of how much of the service has been have used.

Payment is only accepted by a direct debit from a nominated bank account or from a credit card. All Credit Card will incur surcharge fee of 2.3%.

In case the monthly payment or invoice are overdue by more than 30 days we will put your services on hold until all outstanding fees are collected. This will include all the services provided by Go Click On the particular client.

In case the monthly payment or invoice are overdue by more than 90 days we will send your account to a debt collection agency and the client will be liable to pay any fees for the collection agency that may occur in the collection process.

Go Click On has reserve rights to cancel or suspend the project completely, and not be liable for any refund, if:

  • We do not receive approval anda/or feedback within 6 months from the date that we last communication (via email) or
    supplied work to you. This implies to all services provided by Go Click On.
  • The agreed invoice payment dates are not respected
  • Delay Final Payments repeatedly, without any prior consent

If the client is not happy with our service or wish to put hold or cancel on the service will require to send a written request (via email). Any refunds or upcoming payments will be adjusted as per the Terms & Conditions (refer to 2.0 Refund Policy). Once we receive the request, we will reply within 5 working days with a written confirmation of cancellation.

We will charge a re-activation and setup fee of $100 (ex. GST) if you choose to re -associate with us in the future.

For Annual Maintenance Contract: If client wish to make changes to website themselves or want to take the services to another provider in such occasion, Go Click On will share the Domain, Hosting and cPanel credentials upon written request from the main associated person with the client’s account.

Please be informed upon sharing the Domain, Hosting and cPanel credentials, Go Click On will no longer be held responsible for any failure or loss of the website thereafter.

The client represents to Go Click On and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to ‘Go Click On’ for inclusion in website are owned by the ‘Client’, or that the ‘Client’ has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend ‘Go Click On’ from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the ‘Client’

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall ‘Go Click On’, or any other company involved in the creation, production or distribution of the website, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the ‘Go Click On’s services; or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or loss of files or data, errors, defects, delays in operation, or of performance, whether or not limited to acts of nature,

We would assure the client that the Intellectual Property and Website developed by Go Click On is solely property of the client, the only factors that would abide Go Click On surrender the website would be any non-payment or remaining arrears. Upon sharing the Domain, Hosting and cPanel credentials Go Click On will not be held responsible for any loss of data, content or operation to the website.

The ‘Client’ agrees that the ‘Client’ is solely responsible for complying with such laws, taxes, and tariffs, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend ‘Go Click On’ and its subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, or tariff arising from the ‘Client’s’ use of Internet electronic commerce.

The content for the website will be sole responsibility of the client. The websites from Go Click On cannot be used to disseminate, link, store or conduct:

  • Adulterated or content sexually-explicit in nature;
  • Data that contains virus’, worms or malicious files;
  • Copyright infringing information or data;
  • Trade secret confidential data;
  • Information or data that infringes on any intellectual property, public or privacy rights
  • Content to be defamatory, harassing or threatening in any manner
  • Associated to illegal business operations or process or procedure
  • Has deliberately mis-leading, incomplete or deceptive content or information is considered inappropriate by Go Click On
We make every effort to launch your website onto the requested date but on some occasions due to some unforeseen circumstance we do not offer a date guarantee. If we are not able to get your website ready for the agreed launch date than we will inform you in advance about the next expected launch date.
We only use licensed images for the websites. The images purchased will be additional cost to the website, we can provide your approximate cost upon request. If client wants to use his own images or videos, we can share you the size and resolution for the images/content. The images or videos shall only be shared via email or Google Drive any other medium (for e.g. What’s App or Skype) will not be acceptable as the image/video quality is affected.
We take privacy very seriously and it is important to us to assure you that your privacy is important. We understand the nature of your business and value your trust in us. We can confirm that we will never sell, lease or distribute any of your contact details to any third-party companies. We will only reveal data relating to your account to authorized person of your company or organization or if compelled to do so by law.

Go Click On may during the course of providing services hereunder or in relation to this contract have access to, and acquire knowledge regarding materials, data, systems, and other information of or with respect to ‘Client’ which may not be accessible or known to the general public. Any knowledge acquired by ‘Go Click On’ from such materials shall not be used, published or divulged by ‘Go Click On’ to any person, firm or outside source without the express written consent of ‘Client’.
Go Click On does not give any warranty in respect of our services other than as is implied by law.
