- Emergency Call-out fee – $100/Hour
- Public Holiday Call-out fee – $200/Hour
- If there is no parking available onsite, the cost of parking will be invoiced
- Minimum charge for 2 Hours for Onsite Support
- Prior Email Notification required for After Hours & Weekends work
